
Xiaomi HyperOS 3 is now official, but limited to Chinese users with a global release expected in the future. Before the stable release gets underway, the company plans to organize a beta preview, and they have just confirmed the beta release plans.
Xiaomi will start the first wave of the HyperOS 3 Beta release tomorrow. About 8 devices will receive the update first, with rollout picking up pace in September. As expected, the Xiaomi 15 series will be the first phones to receive the update, followed by the Redmi K80 series and Xiaomi Pad 7 series.

Xiaomi HyperOS 3 Beta release plan
Xiaomi will commence the release from tomorrow. We do not know how long the preview will last, but we anticipate a swift beta testing since the build doesn’t bring many user-facing changes.

Second wave of Xiaomi HyperOS 3 Beta
For the first time, Xiaomi has included its TV in the HyperOS beta preview. Xiaomi TV S Pro Mini LED 2025 series and Xiaomi TV S Pro Mini LED series will join the beta preview on September 17.

Third wave of the HyperOS 3 Beta release
Xiaomi plans to conclude the Beta release on September 30, when it will start rolling out the update to the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14T series phones. Redmi K70 series will join the preview, including the Mi Mix Fold 4 and Mi Mix Flip.

Looking at the list, there are no mid-range phones. Perhaps there are no plans to preview the build for entry-level devices, but we expect them to get the upgrade when the stable rollout starts seeding.
