Details of the stable One UI 8 update for the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5
Samsung has started rolling out a new update for the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 6. Both phones are getting the stable One UI 8 update for the first time. It comes in a 423.12MB package for those who participated in the beta program. Expect a bigger build if you are receiving the upgrade for the first time.
As expected, Samsung has revamped performance, animation, enhanced security, and resolved bugs. However, ensure you back up your important files before installing the update. It has a firmware version F946NKSU5FYI8.
It’s unclear when the global release will commence, especially since the company is not following the release schedule. Nevertheless, we expect other countries to start receiving the update early next month, but we won’t be surprised if it happens before then.
