Samsung has begun rolling out the Galaxy S24 stable One UI 8.5 update. It’s a limited release with only select regions receiving the update. However, we expect an expansion to other countries in the coming days, provided no bugs are detected in the build.

The Galaxy S24 stable One UI 8.5 update is rolling out for users in South Korea. The release started with beta testers but has since expanded to everyone. Of course, it is available for the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra. The update size is about 4GB for first-time installers, while beta testers are getting a 371MB package.
The update is rolling out with a firmware version S92xNKSU5DZOP. So far, the update has remained exclusive to Korea, and while Samsung has not announced plans for global release, we are optimistic it will begin in the coming days.
