Google has begun releasing the April 2026 security patch for Pixel phones. It’s a Global release and is currently available for all eligible users. Those participating in the Android 17 Beta program, unfortunately, are not part of the release.

The latest update resolves bugs and improves performance. According to Google’s security bulletin, 1 security vulnerability was resolved in the patch dated 2026-04-01, and 4 were resolved in the patch dated 2026-04-05. These issues range from high to critical.

Google is rolling out the update with a build number CP1A.260405.003.A1. It’s available for the Pixel 6 series to the Pixel 10a. Of course, Pixel Tablets are receiving the update.
