The latest Samsung phone to start receiving the stable One UI 8 upgrade is the Galaxy A35. It’s a limited release for users in Korea who participated in the beta tests. The global rollout will commence soon, probably early next month.
The pace at which Samsung is rolling out the stable One UI 8 means plans have started for One UI 8.5. Galaxy A35 users can now install the latest update that pushes their device’s Android OS version to 16. It comes with new features, system optimization, and bug fixes.

Details of Galaxy A35 stable One UI 8 update
Galaxy A35 users are getting a stable One UI 8 for the first time. It is rolling out in Korea with firmware version A356NKSU5CYI8. As expected, it brings all the new features, but a few AI-powered additions are missing. That’s not surprising, anyway, given that these features have been missing since the beta preview.
Nevertheless, we recommend installing the update as it brings new additions. Additionally, it improves performance while incorporating the latest security patch. Head to Settings> Software update> Download and Install to start installing the update.
Unfortunately, we cannot say when the rollout will commence for other regions. Samsung has been swift with the release, and we believe early next month is likely when the release will start in more countries.
