A number of Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G owners are reporting problems with mobile data connectivity. The issue began after the latest update, suggesting it may have introduced the bug. Fortunately, Xiaomi has acknowledged the reports and is investigating, with a fix expected through a future update.
So far, the problem appears limited to a small group of users in Italy using TIM SIM cards. Reports indicate the bug is tied to the recent EU build, so we recommend avoiding it for now if you haven’t already installed it.

Details of Mobile data not working on TIM SIM Card-Italy
The affected build is OS2.0.208.0.VOOEUXM, intended for EU devices. While only Italian users on TIM are currently experiencing difficulties connecting to mobile networks, Xiaomi is still analyzing the root cause. A resolution has not yet been provided, so if you’re affected, we suggest using Wi-Fi as a temporary workaround.
As with most fixes, the solution will arrive through an OTA update, which the company usually rolls out quietly. Be sure to keep an eye on the Updater app and install any new builds once available.
