Samsung released the stable One UI 8 update for the first time on Monday. The rollout was exclusive to Korean users, with an official release plan suggesting more countries will start receiving the upgrade today. As anticipated, the rollout has expanded to Germany, Asia, and the UK.
The stable One UI 8 update is rolling out for the Galaxy S25 series in these regions. It has started with those who participated in the beta preview, but we expect a wider availability in the coming hours. Nevertheless, you can check for the upgrade manually instead of waiting for a notification.

Details of the stable One UI 8 update for the Galaxy S25 series
Samsung is rolling out a stable One UI 8 build for the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25. The update size is 566.49MB and has a firmware version S93xBXXU5BYI3. Given the size of the package, we never expected any new features. Of course, for beta testers moving to stable builds.
The Galaxy S25 series users upgrading to One UI 8 for the first time will get a sizable update with new features. However, the build does not introduce many user-facing changes from what we already know. Nevertheless, we recommend installing the build to improve performance and resolve bugs.
To install the update, head to Settings>> Software update>>Download and Install. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the download and then reboot your device to finish the installation.
