Xiaomi 15 has yet to upgrade to HyperOS 3 globally. The update has only been released in China, and hence, global models are still receiving HyperOS 2.2. Unfortunately, the latest build has caused some issues, exclusive to Xiaomi 15 units in a few regions, where the Wi-Fi is not working.

Most people use Wi-Fi connections, as it improves battery performance and also prevents their phone from heating up. Perhaps the reason many people are reporting Wi-Fi issues is that Xiaomi 15 users are experiencing similar problems. We understand Xiaomi has acknowledged the bug and is working on a potential fix.
Details of Xiaomi 15 Wi-Fi is not working issues
As usual, with some of these bug reports, only a few regions are experiencing the problem. Those in Germany are running the recently released OS2.0.225.0. WOCEUXM cannot see open Wi-Fi or connect to it. We understand the build is still a “stable beta,” meaning only a limited people have received it. You might want to avoid that particular update even if you are in a different country.
The Chinese company is currently analyzing the problem. We do not know when they will be done, but we expect a fix build once they have resolved this problem. Meanwhile, you can reset network settings under Settings>Connection & Sharing. If that does not work, then you will have to wait for a new update.
This issue highlights why new updates are first released to a limited number of users for testing before a public rollout. If the bug turns out to be serious, Xiaomi may pause the release to develop a new build. Hopefully, a fresh update will begin rolling out soon to fix these problems.
