Samsung is rolling out a new update for the Galaxy S24 FE users. It’s the stable One UI 8.5 update, but exclusive to select users and regions. The idea is to expand the rollout to more people in the coming days, including those in the US, Europe, and Asia.

Details of the Galaxy S24 FE One UI 8.5 stable update
Samsung has limited the Galaxy S24 FE One UI 8.5 stable update to South Korea. The update is rolling out with a firmware version S721NKSUBDZDP. As expected, it comes with all the expected features, albeit some AI-powered ones are missing. Unfortunately, the update does not enable sharing files with AirDrop via Quick Share.

Nevertheless, Samsung has made some interesting changes with the new update. There have been some visual changes to the app’s interface, animation feels smooth, and there’s a new look to the control center. Of course, there have been bug fixes and optimizations, so we recommend installing the update when prompted.
To check for the update, head to Settings>>Software update>>Download and install. Follow the screen prompt to complete the installation if you have received it; otherwise, check back after a few days. You can also follow our Telegram channel for updates on the release.
