Xiaomi 15 stable HyperOS 3 update is now rolling out for global users. The rollout has been limited to Chinese users until now, but that changes with the international models now receiving the much-anticipated upgrade. However, only select users are getting the upgrade in a select region.
After HyperOS 3 release for the Xiaomi 15T series phones, Xiaomi 15 stable HyperOS 3 update was the next in line. And with a few days remaining in October, Xiaomi was always going to release the update, since it already announced its arrival this month. We also expect more units to join the party, including the Redmi Note 14 series and POCO F7 series phones.
Details of the Xiaomi 15 stable HyperOS 3 update
Xiaomi only released the vanilla Xiaomi 15 and Ultra models globally. Currently, only the former is receiving the update. It is exclusive to European ROM users, and while we expect expansion to other regions, only Mi Pilot members are receiving the upgrade in this region.
The update is rolling out with a version number of OS3.0.4.0. WOCEUXM and it weighs 8.2 GB. We believe the size is for people receiving the upgrade for the first time. If you have participated in the beta preview, you will receive a differently sized package.
Nevertheless, we recommend installing the build when prompted or by checking the Updater app. Xiaomi has improved many things with HyperOS 3, especially animation. Additionally, UI tweaks with app icon, battery, and Wi-Fi signal revamps. You can check the complete changelog here.
