Xiaomi has officially extended the stable HyperOS 3 rollout to its tablet lineup. The company began the deployment with its flagship smartphones, followed by the Xiaomi 15T series and select POCO models. Now, the much-anticipated update is reaching Xiaomi Pads — though the rollout is currently limited to a few regions and users.

At this early stage, the update is available to Global ROM users, primarily those enrolled in the Mi Pilot program. A wider rollout is expected over the coming days as Xiaomi gradually expands availability to more regions. For now, the update is seeding to the Xiaomi Pad 7 series, bringing Android 16-based HyperOS 3.
Details of the Xiaomi Pad 7 stable HyperOS 3 update
The new update arrives with firmware version OS3.0.2.0.WOZMIXM, based on Android 16, and includes the October 2025 security patch for improved system protection. Beyond security, it introduces Xiaomi’s refreshed interface and the new Super HyperIsland feature.
Taking clear inspiration from iOS, HyperOS 3 brings a redesigned interface featuring smoother animations, updated app icons, and a notification system similar to Apple’s Dynamic Island — though Xiaomi’s implementation offers even more fluid transitions and interactions.
Availability
Currently, the stable HyperOS 3 update for the Xiaomi Pad 7 is exclusive to devices running the Global ROM. Xiaomi has yet to confirm rollout dates for other regions, but it’s expected to expand progressively in the coming days.
Users who haven’t received a notification can manually check for the update through the Settings > About tablet > System updates section.
As with most major Xiaomi rollouts, the company often begins seeding stable builds quietly before making an official announcement. Stay tuned to our Telegram channel for timely updates on when the rollout reaches your region.
