Samsung has started rolling out the One UI 9 beta update. Unlike other smartphone companies, anyone can join the beta program at any stage. It makes it easy for users to join even if they didn’t enroll before the first beta release. However, only select devices are eligible for the update.

The Galaxy S26 series phones are receiving their first One UI 9 beta update. It’s exclusive to a few regions, and going by previous scenarios, Samsung will likely not expand the list. If you are in the UK, the US, Germany, Poland, or India, you will be able to join the One UI 9 beta program with your Galaxy S26 phone.
Samsung is rolling out the update for the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and the Galaxy S26 Ultra. It has a firmware version S94xBXXU2ZZEF, and the download size is over 3.6GB. Alongside all the expected features, the update bumps the Android security patch to May 2026.
